We are truly excited about our program. You can earn cool prizes while having great fun! Get a punch for each thing you complete. The number you earn is up to you!

That’s right. Earn punches at every regularly scheduled active appointment! Once your braces have been removed and you are wearing retainers, you are not eligible. Walk-ins and emergencies do not apply.

Keep your punch card secure and bring it in at each appointment. IF YOU LOSE IT, LIKE MONEY, IT’S GONE!!!

Once you have 10 punches you will get a spin at the wheel.

Ways to Earn Punches:

(You must have great oral hygiene and healthy gums in order to qualify for each & every category!)

• Great oral hygiene and healthy gums (CLEAN TEETH! no evidence of food, no swollen gums) 1 Punch
• Keep your regularly scheduled appointment and arrive on time 1 Punch
• No lost, broken or loose brackets, wires or other appliances 1 Punch
• Wear your HONU T-shirt to your appointment 1 Punch
• Visit your general or pediatric dentist for your regular check-up and cleaning (bring a signed note or receipt from your dentist/hygienist) 2 Punches
• Refer a new patient and they tell us it was you that referred them (when they are seen for an examination) 5 Punches
